This policy applies to all orders placed through Kandlelights.com, for customers in both the United States and Spain.
We work with trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, Correos, and GLS to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

2. Free Shipping

All orders include free shipping, with no minimum purchase required, for every order placed on our online store.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier:

United States:

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–3 business days (with money-back guarantee)

Spain (Mainland):

  • Correos Paq Estándar: 48–72 hours

  • Correos Paq Premium: 24–48 hours (depending on region)

  • GLS EconomyParcel: 48–72 hours nationwide

During high-demand periods or exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be slightly extended.

4. Tracking & Insurance

  • All shipments include online tracking.

  • Carriers provide basic insurance coverage (up to approximately $100 / €100).

  • Additional insurance coverage can be requested prior to placing your order by contacting our support team.

5. Delivery Days & Schedule

  • UPS and USPS deliver Monday through Saturday.

  • USPS Priority Express may deliver on Sundays and holidays in select areas.

  • Correos and GLS deliver Monday to Friday during business hours.

6. Shipping Process

  1. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and tracking number.

  2. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours.

  3. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@kandlelights.com, including your order and tracking number.
We will handle the investigation with the carrier and arrange a free replacement or full refund as appropriate.

8. Customer Recommendations

  • Double-check your address before confirming your order.

  • Allow extra time for deliveries during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday).

  • For urgent U.S. deliveries, select USPS Priority Express or UPS Next Day Air.

  • For faster delivery within Spain, choose Correos Paq Premium.
